Meet The Team
Shelbie Rand
Having a strong backgound as a Certified Nurses Aid as well as a Certified Camp Counselor for many years, I never realized how valuable these 2 experiences would be in my future endeavors. Upon completing my own Craniofacial journey, I fell in love with the field and am now the Surgical & Craniofacial Coordinator for CT Maxillofacial Associates and Ritoli Orthodontics.
Elena-Lee Ritoli
I am a Board Certified Orthodontist specialized in Craniofacial Care. As soon as I was exposed to the field, I was hooked and concentrated my Master's Thesis in this area. During the 30 years since, I have been blessed to work with these amazing patients and families through Craniofacial Teams and Private Practice.
Michael J. Bevilacqua
Having grown up with parents immersed in Community Health Care, I have had many opportunities to learn about this cause and participate in numerous Craniofacial events and fundraisers. I too have become passionate about helping others as I have volunteered in Guatemala during my High School years, and worked with Habitat for Humanity and APPA Volunteers during College. I am excited to be involved with Choose Kindness and plan to help it thrive!
